• All arrivals prior to 07:00 am will be booked, held & charged for, from the previous evening itself
• In the absence of arrival details / timings, all confirmed room reservations will be deemed as guaranteed until 15.00 hrs. Only and may be released thereafter
• A No-Show or Non-Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation at least 24 hours prior to arrival will attract a one-night’s retention charge
